Tanya Romanyukha transforms Cyprus into a thriving tech powerhouse. As General Manager of TechIsland, the island’s largest tech association with 350+ member companies employing over 20,000 people, she drives strategic advocacy and ecosystem development that have shaped the tech sector’s annual contribution of more than €8 billion to the national economy—helping position Cyprus as a leading European technology hub.
With over 13 years of experience spanning venture capital, startup acceleration, operations, non-profits and innovation strategy across Ukraine, the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, Tanya has previously led Ukraine’s first angel network, UAngel, and held leadership roles at BYHMC, Imtiaz Middle East, IG.VC Venture Capital Fund, and Happy Farm Startup Accelerator.

Mr Nicodemos Damianou was born in Lefkosia in 1973.
He holds a BSc Degree in Computer Science from Brown University USA, a PhD in Computers and Network Management from Imperial College UK, a Diploma in Information Security from Imperial College, and an MBA from the University of Cyprus.
He is an IT and Information Security professional with many years of experience in Payment Systems and Fintech, Risk Management Methodologies and Digital Transformation Technologies.
He served at managerial positions within the Bank of Cyprus Group. For the past six years he was the General Manager of JCC Payment Systems Ltd.
He is married to Rodoula Damianou and has two daughters, Eleni and Sophia.

Christiana Erotokritou grew up in Nicosia and graduated from the English School in 1991. She studied law at the University of Wolverhampton and obtained the title of Barrister at Law at Lincoln's Inn in London.
Since her youth, she has been a member of the Democratic Party. She was elected to the Democratic Party Executive Office in 2003, a post she has held ever since. She was elected Party Spokesperson in January 2014, a position she held until 2016.
In the parliamentary elections of 2016, she was elected Member of the House of Representatives for the District of Nicosia with the Democratic Party and subsequently elected as the Party’s Parliamentary spokesperson, holding the post until 2018. Since then, she is Deputy Chairperson of the Democratic Party, as a result of internal elections.
In 2021 she was re-elected as Member of the House of Representatives. She is the Chairperson of the House Standing Committee on Financial and Budgetary Affairs since 2020, a member of the Selection Committee, the House Committee of Foreign and European Affairs and the House Committee on Legal Affairs since 2016, and was a member of the Committee on Human Rights and Equal Opportunities for Men and Women between 2016-2024.
She is also Head of the House delegation to the Interparliamentary Conference on Stability, Economic Coordination and Governance in the European Union, member of the House delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and to the Conference of Parliamentary Committees for Union Affairs of Parliaments of the European Union. She was also a member of the Ad Hoc Parliamentary Committee on the Compliance of the Parliament's Rules of Procedure.

Alexandra Attalides is a Member of the House of Representatives of Cyprus for the Nicosia constituency, representing Volt Cyprus since November 2023. She was first elected to Parliament in 2021 with the Movement of Ecologists–Citizens' Cooperation and currently serves on the House Standing Committees on Human Rights and Equal Opportunities for Men and Women, Institutions, Merit and the Commissioner for Administration (Ombudsman), and Development Plans and Public Expenditure Control. She is also a member of the Cyprus Delegation to the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and the Interparliamentary Conference for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) and Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP). She is also a member of the Cyprus Parliamentary Delegation to the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF).
Prior to her parliamentary career, Alexandra served as Spokesperson of the Office of the European Parliament in Cyprus for twelve years (2008–2020). She has also held leadership roles as Director of Communication at the University of Nicosia and worked in the financial sector, as well as with the Cyprus Tourist Organisation (now Deputy Ministry for Tourism).
Alexandra holds an MBA (Hons) with specialization in European Management from the Solvay Business School, Université Libre de Bruxelles, and a degree in Communication and Public Relations. She is an accredited Advanced Member of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and holds memberships with the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK (MCIM UK), the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA), and the Society of Technical Analysts UK (STA UK). She speaks English, French, and Greek.

With a strong background in mathematics and a passion for space exploration, Eleni has completed two internships at NASA, at the Glenn Research Center and the Johnson Space Center, working on projects such as optimizing software for future lunar missions and developing strategies to reduce space debris. She is also Cyprus’ first female analog astronaut, having participated in two international analog missions, including one on the Mauna Loa volcano in Hawaii.
Eleni is deeply committed to promoting STEM through public awareness, education, and outreach initiatives. Among her long-term goals are contributing to research programs for long-duration space missions and, ultimately, applying to become an astronaut herself.

Prof. Soulla Louca is a distinguished academic and digital innovation leader. She received the Madame Figaro Award 2024 for Woman of the Year: Scientist/Academic, was named one of Forbes Cyprus 20 Women in Tech (2023), and is a member of the Romanian Academy of Scientists. She was also recognized among the Top 100 Women in Fintech (2019) by LATTICE80 and Miss Kaya.
She holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, an MSc from Western Michigan University, and a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from Kalamazoo College, where she studied on a Fulbright Scholarship.
Prof. Louca was an early academic adopter of blockchain, launching the Blockchain Initiative at the University of Nicosia in 2014, which evolved into the Institute for the Future. From 2007 to 2014, she chaired the ICT Domain Committee for the European COST program, overseeing research across 36 countries and over 3000 researchers. Her work spanned areas such as e-Society, cybersecurity, nanotech, and personalized medicine, contributing to European digital policy and citizen well-being.
Currently, she serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Digital Innovation and Director of the Institute for the Future at the University of Nicosia.

Christina is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Executive who has, in the past few years, held leadership positions in organizations in Cyprus, helping accelerate AI adoption across sector. She is an expert in AI strategy, ethical adoption, and data-driven decision-making. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, she has supported organizations in designing and implementing AI strategies that drive innovation, transparency, and business impact. Currently, she is the Head of Group AI at Columbia Group.
Over the years, she has contributed to major initiatives for the European Commission, working with entities such as HaDEA, ACER, DG CONNECT, EFSA, DG SANTE, and DG FISMA, where she has led projects on AI adoption in the public sector and the development of data governance and regulatory frameworks. Beyond her professional work, Christina is deeply passionate about empowering women in technology. She actively mentors young professionals and students, inspiring them to pursue careers in AI and data and helping them build the confidence to lead and innovate in the tech industry.
She holds a DPhil in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Oxford, UK.

Natasa Pilides served as Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Cyprus between July 2020 and March 2023. During her term, she implemented a multifaceted strategy for green energy transition and support and promotion of entrepreneurship, industry and exports, securing €590m in funding for the period 2021-2027 and issuing funding programmes of more than €265m in the years 2021 and 2022 for business competitiveness, technological and energy upgrades.
Previously, she served as the first Deputy Minister of Shipping of the Republic of Cyprus, a role which she took up with the inception of the Shipping Deputy Ministry on 1 March 2018. Natasa has also served as the Director General of Invest Cyprus, the arm of the government responsible for investment promotion, investor support and facilitation of reform.
Natasa's work experience includes more than fifteen years in the private sector. She served as a Director and Regional Chief Operating Officer at Baker Tilly in South East Europe, while for 9 years she worked at PwC, in Cyprus, Milan and London in the areas of audit and tax consulting.
Natasa graduated from Oxford University with a first-class honours degree with distinction in Modern Languages and Literature (French and Italian). She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Natasa has recently been appointed as the CEO of Med Energywise Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Limited, and is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of AstroBank in Cyprus. Cleopatra Kitti is an INSEAD-certified independent director and board member with 30 years of experience advising corporations, governments, and international organisations across EMEA, the US, and the UK with an expertise in governance, geo-economics, and global affairs.
Her boardroom experience includes heavily regulated industries and publicly listed companies, particularly in financial services and travel and tourism. Over the past decade, she has served as an independent director on multiple boards, including more than seven years with a Eurozone systemic bank. She has chaired key committees such as Nominations, Internal Governance, and Sustainability, and contributed as a member of Risk and Audit Committees.
Cleopatra maintains an active portfolio of advisory roles for US and regional energy companies, as well as other corporate clients. She also serves as a senior policy advisor at ELIAMEP - Greece’s leading European think tank - where she co-founded the Mediterranean Programme. Mr. Tsouroullis studied Law and Journalism at the University of Athens and obtained diplomas in ‘Crisis Management and Communication Management in the Media’, and ‘Leadership in the Development of Economic Reforms' from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. After his studies, he worked as a journalist in the local newspaper ‘Politis’. In 2000 he presented the night news bulletin at Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC). In 2002 he became the editor-in-chief and presenter of a daily news show at CyBC and right after became the anchor man of the Main News Bulletin while continuing to publish articles in local newspapers.
In 2007, he started working with DIAS Group (the largest Mass Media Group in Cyprus) as editor-in-chief and presenter of a daily news show on SIGMA TV. Also presented ‘60 Minutes’ a very successful investigative news magazine (2008-2014). Soon he became the anchor man of Sigma TV Main News Bulletin (20:00) as well as the political editor of the SIMERINI newspaper. Since 2012, he has also taken over the management and editor-in-chief of the Group's news department. In 2014 he was appointed CEO of the DIAS Group and SIGMA Television, a position he still holds.

Katya Igoshina (Solov), femtech founder and CEO of Miranna — a coaching and micro learning app designed to make women’s lives lighter by combining science, technology, and community support.
Before creating Miranna, Katya worked as Legal Counsel for investment funds and tech companies, building her expertise in IT, taxes and corporate law. That experience became the foundation for Miranna — a platform that reflects her passion for helping women find clarity, strength, and balance through accessible, evidence-based tools.
Katya also leads one of the largest media networks for women entrepreneurs in the Ru-speaking world, and her Miranna News YouTube channel covers topics from technology to health and science.
Outside of work, she’s a dedicated open-water swimmer, a tennis and padel lover, and a proud mom of two daughters. Through her work and lifestyle, Katya advocates for women’s well-being, confidence, and muscle strength — proving that empowerment starts with taking care of yourself first.

George Savva is Amdocs' Global ESG Practice Lead. He focuses on Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that integrate ESG principles for businesses.
He has led the implementation of projects related to sustainability strategy and the preparation of non-financial reports. His experience spans various sectors, including technology, waste management, aviation, facility management, and hospitality, as well as projects for the semi-governmental, financial, and private sectors.
He holds an MBA from the University of Cyprus, an MSc in Environmental Monitoring and Assessment from Southampton University, and a BSc in Marine Sciences from the University of the Aegean.
George is currently a member of the BoD at CSR Cyprus and served as a member of the BoD at CYSHA in the past.

With over a decade of global experience in AI and technology consulting across four countries, she specializes in translating complex AI concepts into actionable educational strategies.
Previously, Michelle led pivotal AI governance initiatives, developing both the go-to-market strategy for EU AI Act compliance services and an AI Literacy e-learning course for a big-four consulting firm's EMEA network. Her diverse background also includes designing AI literacy programs for international schools in Switzerland and driving customer success through voice of customer data analysis at Idiomatic, a Silicon Valley AI startup (acquired by Front).
